Four Miles East of Burwell

I've been watching Supernatural lately, and one of my favourite bits is how Castiel always turns up out of nowhere. I've had this image in my head of Dean driving down some midwest highway and glancing to the side and oh look, there's Cas, staring meaningfully at him.

I think I have a coat fixation.
